when i looad the site from my favorites, the page loads fine. then the status line at the bottom left of my ie browser that usualy shows the word DONE, gos crazy and kind of fashes up lots of different websites like it’s on shuffle. it then loads a page from china about foot massage. if i click on back i get the normal books page. this only happens when i access the books page the first time and on no other websites, so i’m not being hijacked.
anyone else having this prblem?

I often have the same problem. I get many quick flashes of other websites on the bottom left of the screen and I am often redirected to other sites and have to re-load. Also new today I am being asked to sign in to load and am wondering if the site has been hacked or if there’s been a change in policy. Any ideas?

I have a suggestion to improve the site. Have you ever considered a discussion page to subject books to people they might like. For instance I may like a certain type of books and need a suggestion from other members. Then people are making more of a personal investment into your site. Hence making it much more popular and user friendly. Also being able to edit or delete my own post would be nice too.

To Win - Yes books are compatible with iPod products but they are not in the format required to be recognized as an audiobook. You need to create playlists and listen to them im mp3 format. Make sure that you go to the “get info” area of the file right click when the files is in your itunes library) and somewhere in the options there’s a place to “remember playback position” or something like that - check the box so you don’t have to search for where you left off. Remember to give more than you take…seed..seed. and seed some more.

Hi all, just passing by and thought that I would reply to some of your comments, I’m just a user same as you lot, hope it helps…
1, to download theses books you need a torrent client like UTORRENT (utorrent.com) and download this and install..normal or beta.
2, now you have this you can download just select the torrent file once in the book details, it’s at the bottom of book info and it’s in blue, just look for the word torrent. then read and follow the window that pops up and away you go one book downloading…
3,IPAD yes all book are in MP3 format
4, over the last few months I have tried to download at least 20 books that no one at all is seeding all theses book was over a year old and kept being re-posted on the home page as new post, so my advice is that any book over a year old (date posted) is not worth downloading as no one is seeding it..you can try as I did u may have better luck.
4,the login problem is a firefox issue, I’ve just swapped from chrome (no prob’s logining)and I have the same problem, firefox is not saving my login ID or password.
5,To the person that wants to upload and says that there are no seeders, what you have to do is once you have your own book converted to a torrent you have to use that torrent in your own torrent client and down load from your self then you become the first seed the every one can download from you….plus you need trackers attached to it to.

Do someone needs “Lyrics for audio files”. If I have an mp3 audio file and the text file, which corresponds to the audio file, I can do high quality lyrics - the third, LRC-file, which is played synchronised by current mp3-players.

I actually joined so I could get downloads of the Horwood books Duncton Wood, Duncton Stone, etc. Even though there are a lot of seeds, and apparently successful downloads, these books will not download for me via Vuze. I have now managed to log in Thanks for the tip. There appears to be a newer problem I am experiencing now in regards to password.
I rest my lost password to one of my own, the response says successfully changed, however; if i try and use my own password i get blocked out as invalid user and password. Can someone check out why this is. There should be a multiple log to see how many times i have had to acquire a new password when the site times out. It might well of changed my password but it sure is not remembering it in the DB for next time… Dennis

Hi,
I recently set up an account and uploaded my first torrent a few days ago. The torrent showed up great - but it did not show up under my name/account. Instead it showed up under “Guest”. I have others that I want to upload but I want to receive credit for the uploads so I’m not labeled a “leech.”

I have really enjoyed being able to download some incredible books here and have always done so with confidence but the Little House series has a very nasty virus attached; (FBI Green dot) It should be removed. I did post a warning in the comments section but some never scroll down that far. I am sure it was not posted maliciously but it took us six hours to get rid of this virus.

Had a SQL error while uploading this torrent, now I can’t grab the torrent to start seeding it? First attempt UL’ing here, don’t know what I did wrong, any thoughts, I’d be glad to fix it.
